My first experience with East Cape

My first experience with East Cape- I called Kevin late one afternoon and said I’d like to come check out the facility and see what they were about. He said, “Come on anytime”. Taking him up on this offer, I left Charleston the next morning and was in Orlando by lunch. Kevin took me around the shop floor while Marc was busy arbitrarily screaming at people. We went through different stages of the build, wet tested a Lostmen, sat on an old dirty couch in an office with rods laid out everywhere, and played with Kevin’s puppy as we bullshitted about fishing. I knew instantly I found something I wanted to be a part of – the East Cape family. My check was in the mail the next day for Lostmen hull #75.
